12-step recovery meeting. These meetings are where we share recovery with one another. People have all sorts of reasons for attending NA meetings, but the 

purpose of each meeting is to give NA members a place to share recovery with other addicts.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Support Group

This Spanish speaking support group focuses on mental health in the Spanish speaking communities. Groups often feature informational forums on children's mental health. Join other parents/caregivers for discussion about issues that affect our lives everyday.

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a personalized wellness and recovery system born out of and rooted in the principle of self-determination. WRAP® is a wellness and recovery approach that helps people to: decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors; promote personal empowerment; improve quality of life and achieve their own life goals and dreams.
