The SacMap Program provides an online resource directory where Sacramento County community members can find behavioral health programs and services available to them. The resource lists focus on programs that do not require a formal referral, and many are available at no cost.

SacMap: Accessing Behavioral Health Resources in Sacramento County Workshop
This workshop provides an overview of mental health and substance use recovery, introduces Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services, demonstrates how to use SacMap as a resource tool, and highlights the importance of self-care.
This program is funded by the Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services through the voter approved Proposition 63, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
